If you are in a nursing program check your state's board of nursing for NCLEX pass rates. Each school must have a minimum percentage of nursing students pass on their first try on the NCLEX exam to get their license. For example, the state of Virginia requires nursing programs to have at least 80% of their students pass the NCLEX on their first try. If it is below that percentage than the school must go through a series of steps to correct. If not corrected, they are eventually shut down. So check online for the first time NCLEX pass rate. It is public record and your school's scores will be there.

Isabelle,
I would say the answer depends on what you consider to be "good." For example, if your first priority is to get a job after graduating from the program, whether the program you're in is accredited or not, and therefore your diploma and education would be recognized and valued by potential employers, would be a good way to tell if the program you're in is "good or not." You can find out this information by asking your instructor or program director, talking with classmates, and asking other graduates of the same program. I hope this helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.
Good luck!
