What I love most about my job is that I'm the one and only subject matter expert at my firm. I have a lot of responsibility BUT I'm continually recognized for my hard work and respected by my peers and managers. They appreciate everything that I do for them.

Hi Tracey, what I love most about my job is the opportunity to positively influence and serve others 1-to-1 and at scale. Autonomy and freedom to learn from missteps is also valuable to me in any career opportunity. Hope this is helpful!
