I've mentioned this frequently. Take a Personality Assessment Test. One example of that is "RIASEC". Others are on the web and are free. They're based on decades of research that match certain personality traits with those of people who are happy and successful in a wide range of careers. It's not a "potential" test or a "skill" test, but a psychological profile showing what you might like to do. In my case, decades ago, I took the RIASEC, and it seemed to me to be a long list of weird questions that had very little to do with the point except in rare cases. But it matched me to exactly what I'm doing and, while I doubted RIASEC at the time and didn't really pay attention to the results except as amusement, it was pretty spot-on. Apparently I'd make a good physicist, engineer, doctor or forest ranger. Yes. Forest Ranger. Now, I may have been happy commiserating with Yogi Bear. I know I like being alone and thinking. And that's about it. But give it a chance.

Secondly, you'll know what you like by simply doing it. Try some classes. Look around for people in the fields you're interested in. Ask them about it. People like to be asked about their jobs. Mostly :-) .

Thirdly, and this is very, very important. Realize that your income will determine your lifestyle and whatever you decide to do, happiness is first. Money is way down the line. You'll likely tailor what you live like to fit your income. But nothing will be enough money if you don't enjoy what you do. So focus on that first. Finally, I've found this is a truism. You'll like what you're good at and you'll be good at what you like. If there's any chance of success or maximizing your income at any given job, enjoying it is tantamount. You'll contribute most to society and to your friends and yourself if you enjoy what you do.
