Sandra’s Answer

You must apply and be accepted to a nursing school either an Associates program or a BSN program. Generally your first year of college is prerequisites for English, Sociology, Psychology and sciences required (Biology, Chemistry, Anatomy and Physiology). Once accepted to a program you get into the core curriculum of Nursing practice. Medical/Surgical Care, Pediatrics, Obstetrics, Psychiatry. For the BSN you add the community health and public health aspects.
