John’s Answer

You sound like a very well rounded individual, Brenda.  Generally, when I have team members who come to me that are wondering what is next, I ask them what jazzes or excites them; what interests them, what makes them happy to show up every day.  The reason why I ask that is that people can be good at something but not really enjoy it.  When you discover what your passions are and follow them, you will find that you can work AND have a fulfilling career.  Unsure where to start?  There are options.  Besides just thinking to yourself what you really enjoy, you can possibly talk to counselors at your school, and there are books like "What Color is your Parachute for Teens" that can help guide you to self discovery and learn what some of your favorite skills or activities are that can then guide you toward making some decisions.

Rachel’s Answer

That's fine if you don't know your career path. Taking as many AP classes as possible is a great idea. These classes teach you valuable information and provide free college credit.
