That really depends on what you want to do with your degree. Some common fields that first come to mind: electronics, communications, power utilities, or even programming.
While in college I had two internships. The first one was in the construction industry as a field engineer and the second one was with a power utility.
I would suggest looking at your past completed courses and make a list of what you liked and disliked about them
Try to find a career field that aligns with your list

You can try in the Engineering department of a telecom Company, like AT&T, they hire EE majors to work as RF Engineers (Cell Tower System). Hope that helps
