How did your career path take you to this job with the company you're with at the moment?

I did not know exactly what I wanted to do but knew I possessed certain skills that I wanted to utilize. Prior to my current role I was an Administrative Assistant for a Land Development company where I learned tons about dealing with difficult customers, organizational agility etc. - I did that for about five years before taking a role as a project manager at a major corporation, twenty years later at the same company I find that I still learn something new everyday.
