Really it would depend on the company that you work for. Some companies do rotation shifts, some do swing shifts, and some do regular shifts like 7-3,3-11,11-7. It all just depends on what the company is hiring for. The job listing should have the shift that the company is hiring for and if not, you could find out in the interview.
