Are their appropriate FBI,Lawyer, UX Design internships for a person to be a part of when they have just graduated high school that will help them build a connection with that organization that will befit them getting a job with them. So that when they get into college you can hit the ground running, because they already know what they want to do by having a connection with the organization or company already setting you self up with a spot for you in the future or make it so you already changed your major before you already get into college, because their aren't that many internships like that or ones that pay to be like a helper.

I think a lot of the fields you mention require more than connections from high school. They involve specialized training and education, and the more of that you have, the more likely you are to get those internships or connections. It's more important to focus on getting educated and exploring a lot of things in high school, then focusing on refining those interests in college. Visit your career counselor, as well, who can probably help you find relevant internships and locations to foster connections.
