Why do you love your job?

I love my job because the harder and smarter I work, the more it pays off. My boss is not a micro-manager and I am able to work independently. I also work with a great group of people! As Director Talent Acquisition/Senior Recruiter, I help people find jobs. Every day is different and I enjoy helping job seekers find roles that are fulfilling and at the same time assisting employers in finding the right talent for their open positions and in turn, grow and improve their organizations.

Because it brings me great gratification. My job consists of volunteering for more than 10 nonprofit organizations. I love being able to help teach kindergarteners to read. I also am helping immigrants learn the basics of our language. To see someone who knows nothing of our language, smile to have mastered the alphabet, is very rewarding. Previously I worked in a variety of positions and found that I loved them all because I saw so many positives and focused on those.

I love my job as it has provided me many different opportunities. I have had the opportunity to teach, work on projects, as well as complete the day to day task of my own job. This has allowed me to broaden my knowledge in different areas.
