Some hospitals require a bachelor's in nursing (BSN) or a commitment to finish a bachelor's within a certain time frame. A BSN gives you an advantage in the application pool. Also, when you are doing clinical start networking and talk with the manager about job opportunities.

Good Morning, it is not difficult to find a job in Nursing after you graduate. Nurses are in high demand and it is a versatile field. You can specialize in so many things. It is very competitive to get in Nursing School. My advice is volunteer, request to shadow a Nurse. Most hospital have volunteer opportunities. Also, do your very best in your studies. When applying for nursing school being well round is important.
