Alejandro’s Answer

There's a career field called Biotech, which essentially uses advanced technology to solve problems bound to biological elements. A simple example would be improving prosthetics to allow persons to control a prosthetic hand using his mind (see: https://futurism.com/the-byte/prosthetic-hand-womans-nerves)

Careers related to this field can be Biomedical Engineer, Microbiologist, Biochemist, Biophysicist, and so on. You can check sites like https://www.biotechnologydegrees.org/biotechnology-careers or https://www.learnhowtobecome.org/science-technology-careers/biotechnology/.

There are also a lot of different career paths you can follow, from investigation focused all the way to putting those research into implementation. Can check a couple of Biotech related careers here: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/biotechnology-jobs-san-francisco-ca/

I'd suggest you to research on this field, which is enormously broad and with tons of different applications, thinking what type of approach you'd like to tackle.
