Many colleges probably have vet classes. If you look at a random college, you will likely find one or more vet classes. If you want a more specific answer, than provide details in your question.

With a quick search using Google (I have not researched vet careers yet, so I decided to search), I came up with some colleges you can look at. Keep in mind, these aren't sorted at all, just the first five I came up with:
