What do you gain by doing this job?

I'm working as a Customer Support Engineer at Cisco. Now I've got a chance to improve my networking knowledge and catch some certification to improve my skills to have positive impacts in IT industry.

This job allows me to gain a better understanding of the vision that our leadership has for Cisco from a customer perspective. It outlines the primary areas of focus that will resolve past pain points to further drive the solutions that are offered across all product platforms.

I'm working as technical consulting engineer and I gained skills which you may not learn easily from other industries, customer obsession, deep troubleshooting, critical and logical thinking, and most important is, team work and collaboration, which benefits me a lot for my future career, my personal life as well.
