Hi Jared. If you're asking what I enjoy most about my job I would say the environment and challenge. If you're lucky to land a career at a company that treats you with respect and values you're input then you are well on your way to being a success. Too many times we focus on compensation and yes that may pay the bills but it won't make you happy. Find something that excites you and go for it!!
