Sarpong’s Answer
Holding company values is important; so is skill. You don’t need to limit yourself to someone who holds just one type of value. In terms of skill, look for those who are willing to learn, willing to beat deadlines and work with much accuracy and neatness.
Jay’s Answer
A leader in any company should always make hiring decisions based on company values, team culture and moral fit. Having employees that align to your overall values will help you to execute on your strategic visions. This pursuit for alignment should never come at the sacrafice of diversity though as those diverse view points can help your business to have multiple view points for problem resolution.
