how long do you usually travel for?

I found that traveling over 30 days is to much. Most of my travel now is for a weekend, two weeks at the max but I have one point in my life when I was away for more than 5 years. In that time I lived in Germany, Cuba outside the US and Washington State, Oregon and Alabama. Nothing against those places but they were never home. Like people say, "Home is where the heart is." But I also like how Muhammad Ali put it. "Home is the place you can go when you're whipped." We all get whipped from time to time. Even the champ!

In my personal experience as an auditor I normally travel for a couple weeks per month on average.
