What is the most rewarding aspect of your work ?

The opportunities for my professional growth are immense within my industry/company and I also love the array of individuals I work with, they make work interesting.

It is very good to face challenges every day, as I can learn a lot in this way.

Also when I solve a problem for a customer, that feeling is rewarding. I can feel that I am able to help people all around the world.

I work for the tech industry and don't have a technical background. There are several rewarding things:

1. I love how my company cares so much about volunteering and involvement in the community, and allows me to do the same
2. It is mind-blowing to see how Cisco is using technology to do good for others and make the world a better place. From saving the Rhinos in Africa (https://www.cisco.com/c/m/en_us/never-better/csr-1.html) to training and enabling people around the world in the use of technology (via our Networking Academies: https://www.netacad.com/) and many other aspects of our daily life.
