To become a doctor, you first have to go to a 4-year college, then medical school, then residency, then potentially a fellowship--it's about 10-15 years of education after high school. If that is your question, then it depends on what types of medical school you want to go to. If you want to go to the best medical schools in the U.S., you should go to a top college, e.g., Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, MIT.
