There are different education requirements for becoming a doctor and for becoming a nurse. To become a doctor, you first have to go to a 4-year college, then medical school, then residency, then potentially a fellowship--it's about 10-15 years of education after high school. For more info on becoming a doctor, look at this question. For info on becoming a nurse, look at this question.
So, is your question about the best college to go to if you want to go to medical school? (since you have to go to medical school to become a doctor). If that is your question, then it depends on what types of medical school you want to go to. If you want to go to the best medical schools in the U.S., you should go to a top college, e.g., Harvard, Princeton, Yale, Stanford, Columbia, MIT. If you just want to go medical school, even if it's not the top top ones, you should focus on getting very good grades in college and taking the right classes (see the question on becoming a doctor linked above).
