Why s there no one answering questions on this site?

Wow Ryan, please give us a chance! People who are answering these questions tend to have other jobs doing things, and answer questions either on their own time, on breaks, or if they get a slow period at work. It's going to take a few days to get a response, many times. Hashtags are also important to hopefully get it to the right person. However, I will take a stab at your other question.
