I agree with Megan's answer above: starting a blog or a YouTube channel will be great start for you to find your unique selling point and what you are really able to offer!

With regards to fashion and your personality, it sounds like like PR (Public Relations) may be something you can look into. People who work in PR are very outgoing and part of the job is about networking, connecting with people and spreading the word about the company you are representing! So as mentioned, if you try blogging or a YouTube channel, you will be able to learn how to communicate with all sorts of individuals.

Also Eventbrite shows some free fashion-related events which you can attend with your parents or friends! You can see at first hand what it is like to be involved in the fashion industry, as well as take the opportunity to speak with people who work there. Networking and meeting people are so important when it comes to developing your next career, and your fun and outgoing personality will definitely benefit you!

Emilia J. recommends the following next steps:

Think about starting a blog - what is your unique selling point?
Look for events to attend - get some first-hand insight into the industry you are interested in.
Any jobs that catch your attention, research the job specifications and requirements to see if you can pursue this type of career.

Have you thought about being a blogger/influencer or a creative arts teacher, freelance visual merchandiser or anything that gets you outside of the box. Creative and bubbly personalities tend to need more room to flourish, I would look for thing that challenge you to use your creativity. In the mean time try out blogging or create a YouTube channel. You could talk about fashion, art or whatever.. it's up to you.
