Hi Maheen, I went to the Gynecologist for the first time at age 15,  because a was quite irregular with my period, I'm not going to lie, it was awkward, in fact it still is, but if you are thinking about being sexually active or you feel something is going wrong, I highly recommend you going as soon as possible, so you can learn how to take care of yourself.
