Each day is not planned, it is depend on the that day workload. If there are not much tickets for me, I can find some time to answer my emails and self study. If it is a busy day, it is just be working on the cases and tickets all day long. all these steps should be done and I need to prioritize them for myself.

Hey Mojdeh,
Wake up, have breakfast, drive my kid to school, drive to work, check some emails to see if there is something that needs my urgent attention, get along with my team to review what worries them or what they would ike to work on, get lunch. Attend to meetings during the day, these meetings are to plan for a project or decide on some tasks to do. Get back home, have dinner with family, play with my kid, get ready for bed, go to sleep. :P. Depending on the day of the week I go to the gym.
