What are the difficulties you faced when working with animals?

The only time I have worked with animals that aren't my own was when I volunteered at a local animal shelter. The hardest part was trying to get the animals to cooperate with what you wanted them to do. Being that a lot of the animals didn't grow up with a family they weren't trained and didn't listen. If you continue to pursue working with animals in some form, I would advise developing patience. If you can be patient with the animals and develop some form of trust with them, you will love your job.
