Many of the same elements between the two, such as having a set schedule, a curriculum that is geared towards your age group, learning to network with other students. The biggest differences are that by the end of middle school, you will go to high school and be separated from some of the people that you've grown up with. Depending on where you live, it may be an entirely new group of friends that you have to make in high school. I would cherish the time you have in middle school and learn as much as you can and listen to your teachers guidance and start to think through what you want to be as you enter high school and beyond.

What is the same about Elementary and Middle School is that both are suppose to be safe and engaging learning environments that will help you grow academically and allow you to create more "life experiences." In addition, both types of schools have the same sort of support available to you! Your teachers, principles, counselors/social works, and staff are all there to support you in anyway possible! Please utilized them if needed!
Hope this helped and hope you are well!

Your core studies will likely remain the same (science, math, english, social studies). In addition, your core extracurriculars should also still say consistent (music class, gym class, etc.). It's very common for the students at the elementary school to all go to the same middle school, so friends can often stay consistent as well!

Education at middle school is more like an advancement to what you have learnt in elementary school, like a deep-dive into the subject.
Your friends would be the same too! :)
