Sociology and Entertainment Industry

Hello, I am high school senior that has recently been accepted to Brandeis early decision. I have a love for the arts both performing and visually, having done dance, poetry and photography. I also have developed an interest in sociology, of understanding how people act towards their community and environment. With having these interests, I wanted to know if it possible to combine my love for the arts and interest of sociology into the entertainment industry?

An excellent question. The answer is rather simple. Yes. In a way the two are cousins. You could say your question falls under the which came first category. They are dependant on eachother. Yin and Yang. All successful artist understand this importance.
