How do I apply to become a flight attendant?

I'd recommend you to check airline's career websites because the requirements vary. As for the minimum age, you need to be legally allowed to work. The minimum age required to be a flight attendant depends on the airline and the country of employment.
For many airlines, the minimum required age will is 21. If you were interested to work internationally, airlines like Air Canada or many European Airlines (Lufthansa, British Airways, and others) require the minimum age of 18.
If you want to travel but do not meet the minimum age requirements, you may want to consider working as an airline customer service representative. Many airlines offer discounts or even free 'stand-by' tickets to their employees.
