The day to day experience changes quite a bit depending on where you work as a nutritionist. Some options include:
- working in a hospital or nursing home
- working with public health clinics or health non-profits
- working in large organizations like schools, corporations
If you're with a hospital or nursing home, you'll developing nutrition programs for patients, working closely with doctors, and monitoring the results of those programs.
If you're working in a public health clinic, you might spend your day seeing patients, and working with them and their families to develop their nutrition plans
If you're working with large organizations like schools or companies, you might be in a management role, including hiring and training food service workers, developing budgets for food and equipement.
Overall, there are many different roles you can play as a nutritionist, and their day to day experience will look very different.

Hello. How are you doing :)
Your field of interest is very nice. As a nutritionist, a lot of people misunderstand food, types of food & how food impacts.
Now, below are few facts to remember and be proud of as a Nutritionist.
Point 1: Every one you advise are either your clients who are into fitness or patients.
Point 2: There is a huge misconception about content of each type of food (which you will be able to clear).
Point 3: Where do you work will be your choice (Example: Hospital, Gym, Free Lancer, College, etc).
Point 4: You can be employee of an organization, still be able to do freelancing in your leisure time (will pay more).
Point 5: You can educate a lot of kids in schools & their teachers to spread awareness types of food and their pros & cons.
Hope these points help you. I wish you all the very best in being a successful nutritionist. God Bless you.
