Sandhya Mani’s Answer

Some information technology and computer engineering programs are extremely different, Computer engineering degree programs are generally focused on hardware and software, while information technology degree programs are focused on software and/or running software systems.
Based on your interest in learning and working choose the field.

Chaitra’s Answer

Hi. Computer Engineering an IT engineering are almost same. If you have any seniors. Check with them about the subjects that are dealt with in both the streams. Then decide which one suits you. Try to check online as well. Also check for the job opportunities. Good luck
Thank you comment icon What are some website that would be helpful to learn more about the two subjects/job opportunities? Gurpreet Lally, Admin

MComputer stream is still bright in future as many things are going Digitalize. If you have interest in Computer side then I will recommend you to step further for Engineering. You will find lots of opportunity further, just you need to grap it.

Best luck.

Vishal recommends the following next steps:

Try to get admission in good engineering college.
Put focus for 3-years in your engineering line & last year with some programming/computer area modules.
