Bailey, if you love what you do, there is never a day to day struggle. If you struggle with something every day, on a job, it is time to find something else to do. The most difficult part of nursing today, I would say, would be the twelve hour shifts. But I’ve never heard a nurse complain. I worked ten hours, and the last two were a struggle ,for me. Even though we got three days off a week. So I quit and went to another hospital, where we worked eight hours. What a difference!

My suggestion, for you would be, a tech position in the ER. Which can also be called a nurse’s aid. I’m not sure how it works, in Florida. St. Petersburg, would be a great place to start looking. Don’t give up until your hired. Even if all you do is answer the phones and do admissions. At least your in the ER. The ER is great place to start.

There shouldn't be a day to day struggle unless you haven't found the place that is the best fit for you. Going to work and doing what you love should make you happy. The minor things that are sure to come along your way, in any field you learn to handle with maturity and experience.
