As far as I know, you need to be 18 years of age and must have High School Graduation certificate to join a reasonable US based Flying School in your area.
First requirement is to obtain First Class Medical Certificate from FAA certified Aero Medial Examiner (AME ) , pass your written exam after class room training at flying school. Fly single engine airplanes under supervision of FAA certified flight instructor for 50 hours of flying and then Pass a Check Ride with FAA flight Instructor to get your PPC or PPL Private Pilot License from FAA.
Now add Instrument Rating to your license
Earn Commercial Pilot License or CPL by flying more than 200 hours.
Earn Flight Instructor Certificate
Add Multi Engine Rating
Gain more flying Hour experience
Join Airline Transport Pilot ATP program to gain more flying hour experience to get ATP rating.
Finally join Commercial Transport Airline like American or United or Delta
Good Luck
