What can you expect from Office administration role? A lot, actually. It's a role that helps the a company/department in so many different ways. It's the connections and problem-solving between staff, leadership, and community that makes it great. You do a little of everything -- thus, it's never boring. Email, phone calls, plan fun team activities, coordinate travel, set -up meetings, order supplies, ensure all meeting spaces are ready (room is clean, laptop, projector and arrange the copies, food orders) are just a few examples of how you'd spend your day.
