Julianne’s Answer
I most like that I am challenged to grow beyond my comfort zone.
What’s the hardest part is mastering the people connections, or social interactions. Most people think having the highest GPA is the best achievement before work, but actually it’s all about soft skills (interpersonal skills).
Networking is key and so make a next steps to learn how to introduce yourself and network.

Hey Julio
Great question! For me the best part about my job is the team that I work with - your colleagues can really make or break your experience at work. I also like that my job is challenging and always teaching me new things, never a dull moment.
The hard part is to willingly go out of my comfort zone, I try not to stick just to what I know but that's hard sometimes.
