One of the most exciting things is working with a wide variety of people at different stages in their life. Some are first time homebuyers that you get to guide into one of the most exciting parts of their life. You could be working with a person that is buying a home in a new city that you could help them belong in! You get to help people find what could be their "forever home". That in itself is a pretty exciting thing!

By far the most exciting part of the job for me is getting to help people.

When someone believes they do not have the ability to own a home, you get to show them a clear path to home ownership and help them find their dream home. This impacts their family, their quality of life, and usually more than triples their net worth. This is super exciting as an agent because you get help people find a home for themselves, for their family and loved ones. For a moment you get to be the one that helps them reach those big dreams we all have.

Keep in mind it’s not always like this. There will be plenty of people buying houses for reasons that are heartbreaking. However, experiencing that excitement and joy with someone when they find their dream home is a pretty fantastic part of the job.

In my opinion the most exciting part makes all the other parts worth it.
