Hi Ashley - every company and every person is different. I stayed at my first company for 15 years (!), my second company for 16 months and my third company for over 3.5 years and counting. In the Bay Area, the average time at a company is around 2-3 years.
As a recruiter, I think that if you job hop TOO much (i.e. every 9-12 months) then that makes a company less likely to take a chance on hiring you. Companies typically want to see people who have some longevity with their employers.

Hey Ashley!
I'm not sure what the minimum average time folks stay at our company is, but I would recommend staying at a place long enough to make a positive impact and build relationships. I would try to avoid bouncing around and leave only if you feel there is no room for growth. When interviewing at a company try to understand their cultural values and assess if they align with what you're looking for. Using sights like GlassDoor are great to understand internal employees overall happiness with their workplace.
Good luck!
