Depends what you want to do. Take a look at the job descriptions, compare what experience you have to what the role requires. Then seek out getting this. Worst case scenario, work gratis to get the experience you need. While the work is for free you will make up the money in the long run.

To get into the film industry as an actor, you have to create a string of performances in theatrical plays and short films for the public. At the same time, you have to study the art of acting from books, plays, movies and TV shows. Furthermore, you have to connect with acting professionals in social media - most notably LinkedIn. Above all, a college/university degree is not really required.
