Misty’s Answer

Olivia,

A bridge over is when you are in one part of the medical field such as physical therapy or lpn and want to go over to something like Nurse Practioner or Doctor. It requires more education to get to the bridge over point and usually always is above the current position held.

Estelle’s Answer

Nursing bridge programs support individuals working as nurses or nurse aides who already possess some type of nursing degree but want to move to the next academic level.
