Wendy’s Answer

Hello, you can become a dentist after being a hygienist by applying to dental schools and having their requirements met. You will need to take the Dental Admission Test, provide letters of recommendations, and include a personal statement. You have a good background/ knowledge being a dental hygienist which will look great on your dental school application.
Thank you comment icon Hi Wendy: your advice is very insightful; awesome job! I have an aspiring cousin that is going down the same path to become a dentist. Thanks for sharing. Sheila Jordan
