What do i need to know about being a CNA?

You can become a CNA with 1-2 years of training from a community college/trade school. You are not required to hold a bachelor's or associate's degree.

It requires a nursing degree. After time spent as an ICU nurse, you can apply to school become a CRNA. It usually lasts 2-3 years and is followed by a national certification exam

Hi there,  I was a CNA many years ago, and it was such a rewarding career.  You get to work very closely with your patients.  This is not a career for the week of heart and mind.  It can be emotional and physical draining, so high up beat and a positive attitude is a must in this career.  Here are a few links to give you more insight into what is needed to be a CNA:
