To join the U.S. Army you will need to have a High School Diploma/GED and score the minimum required ASVAB score to join the U.S. Army branch. As long as you are being awarded a GED or Diploma through Job Corps you WILL be able to join the U.S. Army. Also you will have to be able to pass a Physical Readiness Test in which you can begin to practice for now.
i know how to join the Army, im gonna be leaving soon, but i was just wondering if job corps helps with that stuff

Oh ok i get what your saying now, but no job corp wouldn't help with it, but the recruiters WILL definitely help you with preparing to go to boot camp starting the first week that you speak with them... I hope this will be a more useful answer for you...you can either walk into a recruiting office and tell them your areas that you need help with and they will be able to help you get ready for boot camp by having you run and workout way before you ship off.

It will ...
You are going to have to do somethings yourself, but Job Corps will assist and direct you.
You are going to need to:
Complete your primary education. HS diploma or GED
Take and score well on the ASVAB or equivalent
Be in shape
Complete the background investigation
Have a fairly diving clean record
Pass a physical
Pass a background investigation
Be able to provide all the entry documentation.
