Arturo - you might want to talk with a guidance counselor who can provide you some basic information and perhaps even get you in contact with someone who is in the HVAC business. Your other option is to reach out to a local HVAC company and ask if there is an office assistant or manager of the business that would be willing to answer some questions you have about HVAC.

In Hvac r and serving as an apprentice with a company most younger techs start out doing preventative maintenance and light service calls this gets you use to diffrant types of systems and also helps you learn the components of the systems the more you learn the better tech you become the job has its ups and downs but can be very rewarding knowing you can fix or repair something that takes special training that not just anyone can do
As you grow in the profession you may want to consider going into commercial service that’s more challenging where you work on larger equipment of all kinds from rooftop units to chillers
I started out as a service tech 33 years ago and continued my education to also become a mechanical engineer in this field ..your constantly learning and studying equipment changes every year with new products . This is an industry that is in high demand for good qualified techs
