The best advice I could give is go to a trade school or Community college. Take a welding class or two Make sure you get Tig & Arc welding if you can do these 2 types of welding the rest should be easy for you. The age starts at 18 but if you have some classes or experience on your resume you will be taken more seriously and become a top contender for the job, before someone without these.
