Can you clarify? As a nursing student? Everyday individual who takes medications? Medication exams?
I will assume memorizing medications in general. This is a yes and no answer, if you have seen it in the past and give it, it becomes second nature however like all nurses or those who take medication is to always look up and become familiar with such given medications.

Hi, Guiselle! There is a plethora of medications out there and healthcare providers must be familiar with the majority of them in order to perform their tasks efficiently. With that being said, medication regulations, studies, and types are always evolving so it's important to stay updated via articles, journals, etc., but not truly necessary to memorize all of them. There will be a set of commonly prescribed medications, and those should be memorized. There are tons of strategies/resources to organize and learn these medications online.
Good luck :)
