There are different types of employee benefits, but this is a good question to ask during the interview process. The most common options are medical & dental insurance, life insurance, disability insurance, retirement plans, vacation, tuition assistance and bonuses.

To add on to what Naveen said, you should ask any employer you are you interviewing with. Just as important as knowing the salary and vacation, is knowing what benefits they provide.
