The job day starts very early. Almost all construction work begins very early in the morning. It usually ends mid-afternoon though. There are lots of physical tasks involving lifting, moving, etc. You will work with teams at times and sometimes on your own. You can focus on a specific trade such as plumbing, HVAC, concrete pouring, rebar tying, scaffolding, etc.

The day normally starts between 6am and 8am depending on what kind of construction you are in. Job normally consists of emails and scheduling in the morning and walking the construction job sites. Afternoons are more on hands and inspecting work that is currently on-going etc. Work is challenging and rewarding and the pay is very descent.
