Desiree’s Answer

In general I would say burn out. Medical field is not an easy field to be in. As nurses we see a lot of horrific things and many people pass away. We also endure verbal abuse not only from patients, but by some physicians and even some co-workers. It can be draining physically, mentally and emotionally.
