You learn daily on the profession. So, if you have some basic skills and knowledge to start your profession, that is enough. Professional trainings and on job training and mentorship helps to trigger the new learnings and groom the learnings by experience going forward which leads you to love the profession in many ways which can be work culture,work life balance,flexibility,communication within the team members which makes one individual very satisfied.

Radiology is an exciting and dynamic field. For me personally, the procedures are the most exciting. For example, we recently introduced Y-90 radioembolization at our hospital. This provides a new opportunity to treat liver cancers and prolong lives.

I enjoy operating on a patient and providing an almost immediate fix to what was previously a life-threatening problem. There is great satisfaction that comes with taking a person from "cancer patient" to "survivor".

I have a good head for numbers and I love solving problems. Both these are part of my job and I enjoy doing the most. I also love working with people, and I interact with the sales team a lot. It's very important to like what you are doing, that's one of the ingredients to a successful career.
