As the population ages, there may not be enough physicians to care for the increasingly ill population, particularly in the smaller cities and towns.

The demand for quality healthcare continues to grow in the US. The population continues to grow along with current and probable future legislation that has opened up healthcare to more people. My brother-in-law is a doctor and my mother-in-law is a nurse. I would highly recommend you pursue that occupation, if you desire.
