My career goals include empowering the people I work with to obtain their highest potential. It gives me the opportunity to lead and develop my leadership skills. It helps to make short-term and long-term goals. My short-term goals I've hit, which has allowed me to be closer to my long-term goal of working closely with a VP in my company. I've moved up from working with a Manager to working with a Director in the past year. Short-term goals that keep the long-term goal in mind, help focus me on what I need to do to achieve the long-term goal.

I believe you need to find a job that you love because you will feel excited and addicted when you work everyday. Afterwards, you can set a SMART goal for your job. This goal needs to be professional and achievable. After you have set this goal, you can start to ask feedback from your peers and leadership. Wish you can achieve your career goal as earlier as professional.
