Hi Gustavo! This is a great question - I also saw your question about pay.

In my experience, teachers love to be friends with other teachers. It can be a stressful job, and many teachers rely on each other for support and build strong relationships. The teachers who I've worked with have been incredibly empathetic, passionate, and mature, so they make great friends! As a teacher, you know that it is likely your coworkers share your values.

It's also a unique career because you have a long summer break, which is unusual in many other careers. If you can afford to take the summer off financially, it does give you an opportunity to pursue other passions

As an educator or for that matter any other profession your social life depends on your choices. As an educator you would have different opportunities where you can interact with students from various backgrounds, you might have an opportunity to interact with their families as well. Apart from the time you spend teaching, you would find time for other activities where even you can pursue your hobbies. There is one change now the way we work globally all of the employees are working remotely and teachers are also teaching through zoom and skype sessions so there has been a change in how education is being imparted. You might want to explore virtual teaching opportunities because now globally this is the trend. All the best for your future.
